Risk assessment

The risk assessment is the analysis method used to identify the existing risk factors within an enterprise, which quantifies the degree of risk associated to each workstation.

According to Law 319/2006 Art. 12, employers must be in possession of a risk assessment regarding occupational safety and health, including the groups sensitive to specific risks.

The risk assessment regarding occupational accidents and professional diseases means identifying the risk factors within an enterprise and calculating their scale by putting in relation the gravity and the incidence of the consequences on the employees.
